Shipping policy

Like most websites and other businesses, some of our parts are drop shipped from distributors and/or direct from the manufacture. Not everything we sell is in stock at our location. If you are concerned with shipping time or anything else, please email us with your questions. Expect delays from weather, end of the week purchases and holidays. We do not refund or replace anything that is lost or heavily delayed in shipping. Claims for lost or damaged parts can take as long as (but not limited to) 6 months to settle. All shipments will not be insured unless requested and paid for by the customer prior to ordering.
