Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship, but driveshafts are made to order because of so many different variations. While most ship in 24-48 hrs after ordering, sometimes there are backordered components that prevent completing driveshafts quickly. You must email us prior to ordering so we can check availability if you are in immediate need of a driveshaft. We do not offer refunds once the order has been made for a driveshaft if the wait time is longer than anticipated. If a manufacturing defect is suspected, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from for inspection. We do not refund or cover costs for other driveshaft shops to make repairs or changes. A driveshaft with no weights does not mean it wasn't balanced, it means it didn't need any. For example, this is common with car wheels/tires too.
